A compact grating spectroheliograph for the Mgii resonance lines

Abstract: A grating spectroheliograph with a spectral bandpass of 0.2 ~ is described for operation in a rocket or balloon-borne payload. The same instrument can be made stigmatic for observations in the Can resonance lines.
