“…To comprehensively explore the patterns of genetic affinity between our studied populations and worldwide reference populations, we merged our newly obtained population data with those of 61 worldwide populations. “…When comparing the studied 38 indel set with the 30 indel set commercially available in the Investigator ® DIPplex Kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany), accumulated PD values were about two orders of magnitude higher in population samples from Spain, Iraq, Brazil, and Uruguay [33][34][35][36], and three orders of magnitude higher in populations from México, South Africa, and East Asia [17,[37][38][39].
