A comparative study of post-surgical outcome between abdominal sacrocolpopexy and abdominal high uterosacral suspension for vault prolapse

Abstract: Background: Pelvic organ prolapse has become an important health and social issue. With increasing life expectancy in women risk of post hysterectomy vault prolapse.
