A Comparative Study of Service Quality A Case of Thai Budget Airlines versus Foreign Budget Airlines

Abstract: Abstract-The purposes of this research were to measure and compare the service quality perceptions of Thai and foreign budget airlines that were affected by country image. Four hundred and twenty seven questionnaires were answered by customers in Bangkok.
