The use of microorganisms to produce enzymes that could be applied to SPs modifications present some advantages such as: rapid growth in culture medium constituted by different substrates; production of the enzymes in feasible quantities and conditions; easy manipulation and, if well preserved, microorganisms could be reactivated and reused.…”
