A comparison among different doses of dexmedetomidine in attenuating extubation response in patients undergoing open cholecystectomy

Abstract: To evaluate and compare the effect of different doses of Dexmedetomidine on Heart rate, Blood pressure, oxygen saturation and depth of anaesthesia.
