Abstract:Background. Recent advances in targeted chemotherapy have led to improved outcomes in patients with breast cancer (BC) and reduced overall mortality. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) is used to reduce the degree of invasion and dissemination in the body in cancer patients.
