Abstract: O isolamento social instituído como forma de estreitar a transmissão do Covid-19 está intimamente relacionado ao aumento dos casos de violência doméstica. O artigo elaborado objetiva evidenciar fatores que favorecem os atos violentos na pandemia, sem o mínimo intuito de justificar qualquer tipo de crime.
