Abstract:The bacterial leaf spot (BLS) is a devastating tomato disease affected by the following Xanthomonas species: X. campestris pv. Vesicatoria, X. euvesicatoria, X. vesicatoria, X. perforans, and X. gardner. Dark lesions and yellow halos on the fruits and foliage are symptoms.
