This study aims to show what kind of problems and challenges occur in the middle of Papua Province development, as well as the extent of complexity of these development problems and the challenges of the New Autonomous Region to answer it. We use the systematic literature review method by showing a collection of literature from the Scopus database that discusses the development of Papua and analyzing the literature collection into several clusters. Bibliometric analysis is used to generate statistical models that show the relationship between each study. 151 literature sources were used in this study and produced three clusters namely development process, environment, and communication. From these aspects, several development efforts have been carried out by the government such as collaboration with the private sector, community capacity building through local value development, and the involvement of indigenous peoples. Moreover, there are several things that need to be considered such as land acquisition issues, the difficulty of access, planning and control functions, political intervention and interests, along with the communication system that has not been integrated. The New Autonomous Region can have a narrow span of control so it will optimize supervision and monitoring functions, but there are several things that need to be considered when implementing it such as planning, existing human resources capacity, and financial aspects. There are some limitations in this paper, where we cannot reach some highland areas to directly observe the challenges that occur there. Future research can develop discussions about Papua development through direct observations in those areas.

This research endeavors to conduct a thorough investigation into pediatric health in the Papua and West Papua regions of Indonesia, employing a multifaceted approach that integrates data from various sources including RISKESDAS, SUSENAS, and remote sensing indicators such as NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and PDSI (Palmer Drought Severity Index). By amalgamating socio-economic data, health metrics, and environmental variables, the study seeks to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing child health. Advanced analytical tools, notably the Generalized Linear Latent Variable Model (GLLVM), are utilized to conduct a dual-analysis of the intricate interplay between health indicators and environmental variables. The incorporation of NDVI and PDSI, derived from remote sensing data, introduces an ecological dimension to the investigation, facilitating a nuanced exploration of the impact of vegetation health and drought severity on pediatric health outcomes. This interdisciplinary research endeavors to unveil correlations, patterns, and potential causal relationships between environmental factors and the prevalence of various health issues among children, including pneumonia, acute respiratory infections, diarrhea, underweight, and stunting. The anticipated results aim to not only enrich our understanding of pediatric health in Papua and West Papua but also to contribute to broader discussions concerning the complex connections between health, socio-economic conditions, and environmental variables. By integrating remote sensing data with health and socio-economic datasets, this study provides a comprehensive perspective, enabling a more robust assessment of the determinants of child well-being. The insights gleaned from this research are poised to have significant implications for policymakers, environmental scientists, and public health professionals, informing the development of strategies aimed at enhancing child health outcomes in these regions. Pendahuluan: Anemia menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab kematian ibu secara tidak langsung. Anemia dalam kehamilan merupakan kondisi ibu dengan kadar hemoglobin ibu kurang dari 11,0 g/dL pada trimester pertama dan ketiga serta kadar hemoglobin kurang dari 10,5 g/dL pada trimester kedua. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi anemia dalam kehamilan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan desain studi kasus-kontrol. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 sampel yang terdiri dari 33 kasus dan 66 kontrol. Data diperoleh dari tiga puskesmas yang berada di Kota Palopo yaitu, Puskemas Bara Permai, Puskemas Benteng, Puskesmas Wara Selatan. Hasil: Analisis statistik didapatkan umur ibu hamil (OR=7,368; sig (0,000 < 0,05), paritas (OR=2,754; sig=0,047 < 0,05), jarak kehamilan (OR=2,925; Sig-p=0,022), pendidikkan (OR=3,750; sig-p=0,003), kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet Fe (OR=4,214; Sig-p=0,006, dan status LiLA (OR=27,125; Sig-p=0,000). Kesimpulkan: Bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna antara umur ibu hamil, paritas, jarak kehamilan, pendidikan, kepatuhan konsumsi tablet Fe dan Status LiLA terhadap anemia dalam kehamilan.
