A Copper‐Catalyzed Three‐Component Reaction for the Preparation of Polysubstituted Pyrroles from Alkynyl Ketones, Amines and Isocyanoacetates

Abstract: An efficient route for the synthesis of polysubstituted pyrrole derivatives via a copper‐catalyzed three‐component reaction was described. Easily available starting materials, mild conditions, and a wide substrate scope make this approach potentially useful.
