Abstract: Arginine kinase (AK) from the phosphagen kinase family is a cross-reactive shellfish allergen. Structurally related cross-reactive allergens are involved in the pathogenesis of allergic symptoms. This study aimed to unravel the cross-reactivity of AK from a structural perspective.
