Abstract:A controllable gain class-B push-pull current amplifier using CMOS OTAs is proposed. The current amplifier has features of a linear current gain controllability, low power consumption, and zero DC bias current. Its current gain can linearly and electrically controlled by DC voltage. The proposed current amplifier is designed using EOTAs that consist of P-type and N-type OTAs. Since the amplifier operate as a class-B circuit, thus no DC bias current is required resulting in low power consumption and a wide sign… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
