In the era of healthcare digitization, the paradigm of precision medicine has emerged as a groundbreaking approach to tailor medical treatments to individual patients. This chapter presents an in-depth exploration of the design, implementation, and significance of a precision medicine web-service platform (PMWSP) that not only underpins precision medicine, but also serves as a catalyst for business innovation through the synergy of digital twins and artificial intelligence (AI). The first part of this chapter delves into the core principles of precision medicine, emphasizing its pivotal role in both healthcare advancement and broader business contexts. It highlights the imperative of harnessing diverse biomedical data sources, including genomics, clinical records, and wearable sensor data, to construct a comprehensive patient profile that transcends healthcare boundaries.
