A dual-mode message delivery system with time constrained paging mechanism

Abstract: 1 -This paper proposes a dual-mode message delivery system with time constrained paging and multiple-class support. The pairing decision depends on the effective pairing time defined by the system when a Bluetooth device comes into the service range. Within the constrained pairing time, a central server can deliver messages to the Bluetooth device directly without re-pairing.
