This paper describes the students' existing entrepreneurial ability from three aspects of knowledge basis, cognitive ability and professional skills, and the teaching transmission mode of teachers from three aspects: professional innovation, practical innovation and the cultivation of creative thinking. the management practice of entrepreneurial learning is described in the aspects of promoting learning, promoting innovation and the integration of professional knowledge and creativity. The study also reveals the significant differences in the response of groups according to the profile, as well as the significant relationship between teachers' teaching delivery model and students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial learning. The researchers used the revised questionnaire as the main tool. The collected data are counted, tabulated, and used the following statistical methods, such as frequency distribution, weighted averages and rankings, and Shapiro Wilke test. The results show that most of the interviewees are between 18 and 26 years old, and most of them are junior college students and undergraduates. In terms of entrepreneurial ability, engineering students have a great evaluation of knowledge base, cognitive ability and creative thinking. In terms of teaching delivery model, liberal arts students largely evaluate teachers' ways and methods in professional innovation, practical entrepreneurship and creative thinking cultivation. In entrepreneurial learning, science students evaluate to a large extent the school's efforts in promoting learning, innovation, creative integration, and so on. There are significant differences in knowledge base and cognitive ability among entrepreneurial abilities grouped by age and sex, while other variables are not significant. In addition, there are significant differences in the professionalism of professional skills according to age, sex, major, family income and learning methods.

The burgeoning interest in sustainable company success models has experienced significant growth in recent years. Despite certain advancements in identifying this idea and promoting sustainable practices, there needs to be more understanding of the optimal organizational architecture for developing new business models or implementing sustainability-oriented adjustments in current ones. This article aims to comprehensively analyze sustainable business models, specifically focusing on the power of green. Additionally, this article provides a research agenda for future studies that might contribute to advancing knowledge in this field. A group of empirical research papers published in reputable Scopus and WoS indexed Journals from 2018 to 2023 were chosen for this study. The selection process involved a systematic approach to categorizing and synthesizing the findings about the subject matter. Upon thoroughly examining the articles, it has been determined that sustainable success may be attained by focusing on three primary variables: Human resource management, supply chains, and innovation. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge in green business. This study offers a framework for researchers to investigate emergent domains to attain sustainable development. Furthermore, this article presents suggestions and discussions regarding potential avenues for further research. Universities, organizations, and corporate entities can benefit from leveraging these valuable reviews to facilitate research.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to study the crisis management process for project-based organizations (PBOs) by developing a comprehensive model and propositions.Design/methodology/approachThis paper is based on a conceptual study. A literature review is considered a primary source for studying contemporary research, including 171 publications in total, which embody qualitative, quantitative, conceptual and theoretical studies. For data analysis, content analysis is used, which is comprised of descriptive and thematic analysis.FindingsThis study identifies five imperative elements of crisis management for PBOs which include (1) sense-making (information gathering and crisis interpretation), (2) decision-making (accurate and timely decision), (3) response (reactive response), (4) outcome (success/failure) and (5) learning. Based on these findings, this study proposes an integrative model of the interplay between sense-making, decision-making, response, outcome and learning. Furthermore, the findings lead to propositions for each of the elements. The paper contributes to the literature on dynamic capability theory.Originality/valueThis paper explores the crisis management process for PBOs. The proposed model deepens the understanding of the practices and processes of project-based crisis management.
