The Yangtze River Delta (YRD) bears the vital task of driving the growth of China’s equipment manufacturing industry (EMI) intelligence as an advanced region. Fostering the transformation and upgrading of the EMI in the YRD and constructing a modern production mode is vital to developing and reforming China’s manufacturing industry. This paper uses industrial robot data to assess the level of intelligence (LoI) in the EMI from 2016 to 2019. The OLS (ordinary least squares) model is used for the measurements, and the MQ (the modified contribution index) is used to estimate the degree of contribution from a host of variables. It is identified that the LoI is on the rise. However, excluding railways, aerospace, shipbuilding, and other transportation equipment manufacturing, the LoI is significantly higher than in other subsectors. It is also identified that technological innovation ability, human capital density, and enterprise cost pressure govern the industry’s LoI. Moreover, while there is a difference in the main influencing factors in LoI within different industries, R&D investment, technological innovation ability, and enterprise cost pressure have the most significant impact across most equipment manufacturing sub-industries.

With the continuous operation of the water transfer project, especially under the general trend of global climate change in recent years, extreme weather occurs frequently, and the project operation process will be tested by natural disasters, structural damage, electromechanical equipment failure, water pollution and other risks. Therefore, the risk management of the water transfer project is of great significance to ensure the long-term operation of the project. As one of the four largest cross-century projects in China, the operation risk of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project has attracted great attention. In this paper, a system dynamic model (SDM) for simulating real-time risk is presented. Based on the linear and directional characteristics of water transfer project and the known risk level of single buildings, DYNAMO language is embedded to connect the risks of various points on the line, and a model for real-time monitoring the risk changes along the line is constructed. The what-if analysis performed by the SDM shows the importance of human intervention to the deterioration and spread of dangerous situations in the process of engineering damage.

The rapid development of economic society causes people to increase the energy demand, produce more and more carbon dioxide, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, to solve the problem of carbon peak is imminent. Under the same and complete evaluation system, the carbon emission performance varies slightly according to different R&D directions of new energy enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to select evaluation indicators. In fact, each enterprise has different efforts to control carbon emissions. While studying the performance of carbon emissions, the direct and indirect impacts of carbon dioxide produced by each enterprise in the process of production on the ecological environment should be considered. In order to guarantee systematic and scientific outcomes, carbon emissions performance evaluation indicator system for new energy enterprises is constructed. With new energy enterprises as examples, based on the construction of carbon emissions performance evaluation indicator system of new energy enterprises, orthogonal projection method is used to carry out an empirical analysis of the dynamic evaluation of carbon emissions performance of thirty new energy enterprises. Through the questionnaire survey of thirty new energy enterprises, the indicator weight of carbon emission performance evaluation of new energy enterprises was determined, and the carbon emission performance of new energy enterprises was analyzed. The results will reflect the actual situation of China’s new energy enterprises, and provide the data support and references for future research on carbon emission control by the country and enterprises.
