Abstract:Congenital leukaemia (CL) is an exceptionally uncommon hematologic malignancy originating intrauterine and is typically associated with an unfavourable prognosis. The present case is a seven-day-old Malay baby girl who presented with mild fever and hepatosplenomegaly.
