A Field Trial on Mobile Crowdsourcing of News Content Factors Influencing Participation

Abstract: Abstract. We conducted a five-week field trial on mobile crowdsourcing of hyperlocal news content to 1) understand the readers' experiences and 2) explore factors affecting their participation.
