A fixed-point harmonic balance approach for circuit simulation under modulated carrier excitation

Abstract: We present a new circuit simulation approach aimed at circuit analysis under modulated carrier excitation. Although based on the harmonic-balance technique, the method efficiently handles large multitone simulation tasks that are encountered in quasiperiodic approximations to digitally modulated carriers.
