The recent proliferation of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) evolution into the Internet of Things (IoT) vision enables a variety of low-cost monitoring applications which allows a seamless transfer of information via embedded computing and network devices. Ambiguous ground vibration can be induced by blasting demolition is a severe concern which grievously damages the nearby dwellings and plants. It is an indispensable prerequisite for measuring the blast-induced ground vibration (BIGV), accomplishing a topical and most active research area. Thus, proposed and developed an architecture which emphasizes the IoT realm and implements a low-power wide-area networks (LPWANs) based system. Especially, using the available Long-Range (LoRa) Correct as Radio Frequency (RF) module, construct a WSN configuration for acquisition and streaming of required data from and to an IoT gateway. The system can wirelessly deliver the information to mine management and surrounding rural peoples to aware of the intensity of BIGV level. In this article, an endeavor has been made to introduce a LoRa WAN connectivity and proved the potentiality of the integrated WSN paradigm by testing of data transmission-reception in a non-line of sight (NLOS) condition. The path loss metrics and other required parameters have been measured using the LoRa WAN technology at 2.4 GHz frequency.

The deployment of wearable or body-worn devices is increasing rapidly, and thus researchers’ interests mainly include technical and economical issues, such as networking, interoperability, security, power optimization, business growth and regulation. To address these issues properly, previous survey papers usually focused on describing the wireless body area network architecture and network protocols. This implies that deployment issues and awareness issues of wearable and BAN devices are not emphasized in previous work. To defeat this problem, in this study, we have focused on feasibility, limitations, and security concerns in wireless body area networks. In the aspect of the economy, we have focused on the compound annual growth rate of these devices in the global market, different regulations of wearable/wireless body area network devices in different regions and countries of the world and feasible research projects for wireless body area networks. In addition, this study focuses on the domain of devices that are equally important to physicians, sportsmen, trainers and coaches, computer scientists, engineers, and investors. The outcomes of this study relating to physicians, fitness trainers and coaches indicate that the use of these devices means they would be able to treat their clients in a more effective way. The study also converges the focus of businessmen on the Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) and provides manufacturers and vendors with information about different regulatory bodies that are monitoring and regulating WBAN devices. Therefore, by providing deployment issues in the aspects of technology and economy at the same time, we believe that this survey can serve as a preliminary material that will lead to more advancements and improvements in deployment in the area of wearable wireless body area networks. Finally, we present open issues and further research direction in the area of wireless body area networks.

Proliferation of structural, semi-structural and no-structural data, has challenged the scalability, flexibility and processability of the traditional relational database management systems (RDBMS). The next generation systems demand horizontal scaling by distributing data over autonomously addable nodes to a running system. For schema flexibility, they also want to process and store different data formats along the sequence factor in the data. NoSQL approaches are solutions to these, hence big data solutions are vital nowadays. But in monitoring scenarios sensors transmit the data continuously over certain intervals of time and temporal factor is the main property of the data. Therefore the key research aspect is to investigate schema flexibility and temporal data integration aspects together. We need to know that: what data modelling should we adopt for a data driven real-time scenario; that we could store the data effectively and evolve the schema accordingly during data integration in NoSQL environments without losing big data advantages. In this paper we explain a middleware based schema model to support the temporal oriented storage of real-time data of ANT+ sensors as hierarchical documents. We explain how to adopt a schema for the data integration by using an algorithm based approach for flexible evolution of the model for a document oriented database, i.e, MongoDB. The proposed model is logical, compact for storage and evolves seamlessly upon new data integration
