Abstract: Herein, a fluorescence light-up 3D DNA walker (FLDW) was powered and accelerated by endogenous adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP) molecules to construct a biosensor for sensitive and rapid label-free detection and imaging of in malignant tumor cells.
