A Framework to Channel Feedback and Reconstruction using Matrix Completion in Massive MIMO Systems

Abstract: Abstract-In this paper, we are interested in the problem of channel feedback and reconstruction in frequency division duplexing (FDD)-based massive multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) systems.
