With the growing number of identical web services available today, it's important to meet consumer needs and select relevant services. Many solutions have been presented to this difficult and complex issue. We proposed, in this paper, a Social Web Service Selection Model SWS-SM that exploits the structure of the E-SOAF network to rank web services offered by a discovery process. Our approach takes into account users feedback and suggest involving two metrics in the selection process. The first metric is time sensitivity to give importance to the most recent evaluations. The second metric is user preferences on quality of services to offer consumers services that satisfy their requirements.
