A high-throughput fluorescence polarization assay to discover inhibitors of arenavirus and coronavirus exoribonucleases

Abstract: Viral exoribonucleases are uncommon in the world of RNA viruses. To date, this activity has been identified only in the Arenaviridae and the Coronaviridae families.
