Abstract:Background
Recently, several long-noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been identified in hypoxia-associated cancer process including osteosarcoma (OS), enabling an adaptive survival under hypoxic stress conditions. However, hypoxia-related lncRNA signatures have rarely been reported. This study aimed to screen hypoxia-associated lncRNA signatures and assess their prognostic value in OS.
Methods
OS-related expression data were downloaded from the GEO and TARGET databases. Hypoxia-associated mRNAs were obtained from… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
