A Mesp1-dependent developmental breakpoint in transcriptional and epigenomic specification of early cardiac precursors

Abstract: Transcriptional networks governing cardiac precursor cell (CPC) specification are incompletely understood due in part to limitations in distinguishing CPCs from non-cardiac mesoderm in early gastrulation.
