A large special posterior mitral valve aneurysm without infective endocarditis and literature review

Abstract: Background Mitral valve aneurysm (MVA) was a saccular bulging on mitral valves. It often occurred in anterior leaflet and commonly caused by aortic valve regurgitation complicated by infective endocarditis.
