Abstract:Individuals are recommended to lead active lifestyles throughout the life course. The model of physical activity‐related health competence (PAHCO) adopts a competence approach by integrating physical, cognitive, and motivational determinants for health‐enhancing PA (movement competence, control competence, self‐regulation competence).
