A magnetron power supply with transition-mode ZVS inverter

Abstract: This paper designs a transition-mode zero-voltageswitching inverter for cooker magnetrons. The inverter drives a leakage transformer to generate high voltage and stabilize current. While switch is ON, pulsating input voltage magnetizes the transformer. And, while switch is OFF, the transformer resonates with a parallel capacitor.
