Abstract: Key Points Prosthesis‐patient mismatch (PPM) in TAVR is relatively common Valve oversizing can potentially prevent both paravalvular leak and PPM PPM may be avoidable if the expected Effective Orifice Area/Body Surface Area ratio is considered in decision making pre‐TAVR.
