У роботі представлений непараметричний метод оцінки часу затримки сигналу, спотвореного мультиплікативною завадою в умовах апріорної невизначеності про закон розподілу щільності ймовірності завади. В основу запропонованого методу покладена SG-статистика (Savit and Green), яка дозволяє обчислити індекс передбачуваності часового ряду, який на відміну від BDS-статистики перевіряє гіпотезу про наявність будь-якої залежності в аналізуємому часовому ряді (сигналі). На підставі SG-статистики визначається цільова функція (ЦФ), яка дозволяє вирішувати задачу оцінки параметрів сигналу в умовах апріорної невизначеності щодо щільності розподілу імовірності (ЩРІ) мультиплікативних завад. Час затримки сигналу визначається за максимальним значенням ЦФ з апріорної множини можливих значень затримок сигналу. Робиться припущення, що мультиплікативна завада являє собою процес з незалежними та однаково розподіленими випадковими величинами (IID – Independent and Identically Distributed). Вивчаються властивості непараметричних оцінок затримки сигналу, отриманих для різних параметрів алгоритму розрахунку ЦФ, а також проводиться їх порівняльний аналіз з відповідними оцінками, отриманими на основі методу, що використовує BDS-статистику в якості ЦФ.
