A microemulsion high-performance liquid chromatography (MELC) method for the separation and determination of hydrolyzed tenuifolin in Radix Polygalae

Abstract: Tenuifolin was used as a reliable chemical marker for the quality control of Radix Polygalae. The determination of tenuifolin is challenging because the analyte molecule lacks a suitable chromophore.
