A Moment-Based Method of Optinalysis

Abstract: Graph symmetry detection, similarity, and identity measures have been extensively studied in graph automorphism and isomorphism problems. Nevertheless, graph isomorphism and automorphism detection remain an open (unsolved) problem for many decades.
