Наблюдается амблиопия при аметропиях высоких степеней, при астигматизме, особенно при анизометропии, чаще всего при содружественном косоглазии, при бельмах, врожденных катарактах, оптическом нистагме, а также у больных с функциональными расстройствами центральной нервной системы. Оптическая когерентная томография (ОКТ) позволила увидеть объективные изменения центральных отделов сетчатки при амблиопии. Однако данные об этих изменения противоречивы. Обзор посвящен роли ОКТ в диагно-стике амблиопии.Ключевые слова: амблиопия, оптическая когерентная томография, макулярная область.Амблиопия (от греч. amblus -тупой, opsis -зрение) в структуре заболеваемости и слабовидения у детей занимает одно из ведущих мест, от 1 до 10% среди заболева-ний органа зрения [6,8]. Наблюдается амб-лиопия при аметропиях высоких степеней, при астигматизме, особенно при анизоме-тропии, чаще всего при содружественном косоглазии, при бельмах, врожденных ката-рактах, оптическом нистагме, а также у больных с функциональными расстрой-ствами центральной нервной системы.Традиционное понятие амбиопии гласит, что амблиопия -это функцио-нальное снижение зрения без видимых для этого органических причин. Имеются объективные данные о нарушении элек-трофизиологических характеристик ла-тентности и амплитуды вызванных по-тенциалов при амблиопии. [4, 9, 10].Оптическая когерентная томография (ОКТ) является неинвазивным методом ди-агностики состояния заднего полюса глаза с очень высоким микронным разрешением, практически на клеточном уровне и без ка-кого либо контакта с глазом. Последние годы новые методы исследования, в частно-сти ОКТ, позволила увидеть объективные изменения центральных отделов сетчатки при амблиопии. Однако данные об этих изменениях противоречивы.Ботабекова Т.К., Кургамбекова Н.С.[2] обследовали с помощью ОКТ детей в возрасте от 5 до 14 лет с рефракционной, дисбинокулярной, обскурационной амб-лиопией. При всех видах амблиопии об-наружено достоверное увеличение тол-щины центральной зоны сетчатки, а именно утолщение хориокапиллярного слоя, также наблюдались изменение структуры и истончение пигментного эпителия, утолщение или истончение фо-веолярной области. Наибольшее утолще-ние центральной зоны сетчатки наблюда-лось при дисбинокулярной амблиопии.Yoon S.W. и соавт.[19] исследовали толщину сетчатки в макулярной области и перипапилярной зоне сетчатки (RNFL) у пациентов с гиперметропической анизо-метропической амблиопией. This is the first report of amblyopia using SSADA-OCT and digital subtraction images of autofluorescence. The mechanistic relationship of a thicker choroid and choroidal capillary atrophy with amblyopia remains to be described. The digital subtraction image confirmed the changes in the microstructure of the amblyopic retina as a supplementary approach to detect the progression of amblyopia. Lasers Surg.
