A Multidisciplinary Approach for the Rehabilitation of A Subgincivally Fractured Central Incisor-A Case Report

Abstract: Crown fractu res account for a majority of the traumatic injuries in the oral cavity. This usually requires a multidisciplinary approach for esthetic and fu nctional rehabilitation . Thi s case report describes the management of a sub gingiva ll y fractured permanent central incisor by endodontica lly treating the tooth,orthodontically extruding the tooth using a removable appliance and thereon restoring it to normal esthetics and fu nction with a porcelain fused to metal crown.
