A multimodal digital microfluidic testing platform for antibody-producing cell lines

Abstract: We introduce a novel platform for cell line optimization for mAb production using digital microfluidics. The platform enables testing of cell culture samples in 6–8 μL droplets with semi-automated viability, media pH, and antibody production assays.
