A novel Carrier Frequency Offset (CFO) tracking algorithm for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) systems using Least Square Independent Component Analysis (LS-ICA) and fractional sampling method is proposed. Simulation results show that the LS-ICA method can obtained a better Mean Square Error (MSE) performance than Maximum-Likelihood (ML) CFO tracking scheme. Compared with the Cyclic Prefix Independent Component Analysis (CP-ICA) CFO tracking scheme, the proposed method can obtain a much lower computational complexity and a better MSE performance over AWGN and multipath Rayleigh channel.I.
