Abstract. The theoretical understanding of online shopping behaviour has received much attention. Less focus has been given to the formation of the ethical issues that result from online shopper interactions with e-retailers. The vast majority of earlier research on this area is conceptual in nature and limited in scope by focusing on consumers' privacy issues. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose a theoretical model explaining what factors contribute to online retailing ethics and its effect on customer repurchase intention. The data were analysed using variance-based structural equation modelling, employing partial least squares regression. Findings indicate that the five factors of the online retailing ethics (security, privacy, non-deception, fulfilment/reliability, and corporate social responsibility) are strongly predictive of online consumers' repurchase intention. The results offer important implications for e-retailers and are likely to stimulate further research in the area of e-ethics from the consumers' perspective.

Understanding Mobile Payment Service Continuous Use Intention: An Expectation - Confirmation Model and Inertia

Purpose: With significant interest in mobile payment service(MPS), the amount of research on MPS has increased. However, prior studies have focused on users' first use adoption of MPS. Considering the length of time that has passed since MPSs were first introduced, it has become necessary to investigate usres' continuous use intentions of MPS. Therefore, in this research, we aim to verify which factors are influensive on continuous use intention of MPS.Methodology/Approach: To achieve purpose, we adopt the expectationconfirmation model(ECM) and inertia. Also, we arranged our research in South Korea where has well developed market of MPS. We applied structural equation model to verify the hypothesis and conducted a survey on consumer who had an experiecne with MPS before. Findings:The findings of this study highlight that importance of perceived usefulness. In this research, percieved usefulness have a significant effect on satisfaction and continuous use intention. Also, our findings emphasize the significant effect of inertia on the continuous use intention of an MPS. These findings have somethig in common with previous researches.Research Limitation/implication: Because young user constitutes the majority of the respondents, generalizing the finding to individuals of all ages is difficult. Further, we only colledcted sample data form MPS usres in South Korea. Consumer perceptions and therir effects on intention may differ from culture to culture. The robustness of these results may be enhanced by replicating the study across various cultures and multiple consumer age groups. Also, because the previous study which is verifying effect of ECM on MPS is scant, theoretical basis seemed not that much robust. On this study, we struggle to build relationship adapting Inforamtion System (IS) context to MPS environment. On the further study, we expect additional reseraches which are using ECM on various IS environment. 79Originality/Value of paper: This paper is an early research verfiying influencial factors on continuous use intention of MPS. This attempts and research of findings enable to offer timely advice to manager of MPS. Also, we struggle to apply concept of inertia to MPS environment to reflect more actual behavior of consumers. Purpose -This research aims to investigate the behavior of consumers towards the implementation of mobile payment services, factors that can aff ect their attitudes towards this behavior, and how these attitudes transform into intentions.Methodology -A survey instrument was developed using items developed in similar studies. In total, 335 usable responses were used to do a series of statistical tests aimed at confi rming the reliability and validity of the instrument. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling.Findings and Implications -Our results showed that perceived compatibility, perceived usefulness, and subjective norm are signifi cant predictors of consumer attitude towards the use of mobile payment services, whereas the impact of perceived security and perceived ease on attitude is insignifi cant. Finally, attitude towards mobile payment services have a signifi cant impact on intention to use mobile payment services. This research contributes to the development of the technology acceptance model (TAM) in general, as well as in the context of mobile payment services. It tests TAM's explanatory ability and suggests new variables as model extensions. SažetakSvrha -Ovo istraživanje ima za cilj istražiti ponašanje potrošača prema implementaciji usluga mobilnoga plaća-nja, čimbenike koji mogu utjecati na stav prema tom ponašanju te kako se taj stav pretvara u namjeru ponašanja.Metodološki pristup -Mjerni je instrument oblikovan korištenjem čestica razvijenih za potrebe sličnih istraži-vanja. Ukupno je valjano ispunjeno 335 upitnika, a odgovori ispitanika podvrgnuti su nizu statističkih testova kako bi se potvrdila pouzdanost i valjanost mjernog instrumenta. Hipoteze su testirane primjenom modeliranja strukturnih jednadžbi.Rezultati i implikacije -Rezultati pokazuju da su percipirana kompatibilnost, percipirana korisnost i subjektivne norme značajne prethodnice stava prema korištenju usluga mobilnoga plaćanja. Znači, percipirana sigurnost i percipirana jednostavnost korištenja nemaju značajan utjecaj na stav o uslugama mobilnog plaćanja. Konačno, stav prema uslugama mobilnoga plaćanja ima značajan utjecaj na namjeru korištenja ovih usluga. Istraživanje doprinosi razvoju Technology acceptance model (TAM) teorije općenito i u kontekstu usluga mobilnog plaćanja. Ispituje se istraživačka sposobnost ove teorije te predlažu nove varijable kao proširenja modela. Limitations -The fact that the sample includes respondents from only one country (Pakistan) could be considered the main limitation of this study. A cross-cultural study would likely lead to important knowledge since cultural context has proved to be important in previous research on intentions.
