An enterprise constantly needs to improve its sales logistics. The purpose of the work is to create a matrix of tactical prospects for the company's sales logistics. Tasks for conducting a comprehensive study of the scientific and methodological support of ABC analysis methods have been identified; the use of the economic and mathematical apparatus for modeling the sales matrix; a description of the methodology for building the sales matrix and identifying the tactical prospects of the enterprise. The study relies on systemic and process approaches. The main methods are methods of statistical, economic, and mathematical analysis. The presented matrix model is based on the creation of individual contract sales conditions, grounding on multi-parameter ratings of customers and goods. It is shown that the regulation of relations and flows in the sales sector can be carried out on the basis of standard decisions taken from the proposed model of the matrix of sales logistics.

The main purposes of this study are to analyse the evaluation of tailings dam stability under multiple factors and prevent accidents more effectively by proposing a composite risk analysis model. The evaluation model combining the TOPSIS model and bow tie model is presented in this paper. Firstly, a new formula was adopted to calculate the integrated weights based on the subjective and objective weights and the theory of the TOPSIS model was introduced. Secondly, taking a uranium tailings reservoir in south China as an example, the index values and constant weights of the 10 dams are determined according to eight aspects of accumulating dam crest elevation, dam slope, mechanical properties, seepage capacity, topographical conditions, flood control capacity, rainstorm resistance capacity and earthquake resistance capacity. Thirdly, the fitting degree between the stability and ideal solution of each dam is calculated by using the TOPSIS model. The stability fitting degree of the 10 dams is 76%, 93%, 82%, 90%, 66%, 79%, 85%, 96%, 32%, 89% in sequence. This result shows that among the 10 dams, the 9 # dam ranks the lowest in stability. The actual results are in good consistency with those calculated by the TOPSIS model, which can provide a scientific and reliable new idea for the safety of other multi-index comprehensive evaluations. It is worth mentioning that it can still maintain high accuracy of dam stability evaluation under multiple indexes and multiple dams. Also, the comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper can more effectively reflect the subtle differences between similar evaluation objects. Fourthly, safety barriers from both the cause of the accident and the consequences was established by using the bow tie model to block the path of the accident, and to propose safety measures to make the evaluation system more complete.

In modern business today, organizations that hold large numbers of inventory items, do not find it economical to make policies for the management of individual inventory items. Managers, thus, need to classify these items according to their importance and fit each item to a certain asset class. The method of grouping and inventory control available in traditional ABC has several disadvantages. These shortcomings have led to the development of an optimization model in the present study to improve the grouping and inventory control decisions in ABC. Moreover, it simultaneously optimizes the existing business relationships among revenue, investment in inventory and customer satisfaction (through service levels) as well as a company's budget for inventory costs. In this paper, a mathematical model is presented to classify inventory items, taking into account significant profit and cost reduction indices. The model has an objective function to maximize the net profit of items in stock. Limitations such as budget even inventory shortages are taken into account too. The mathematical model is solved by the Benders decomposition and the Lagrange relaxation algorithms. Then, the results of the two solutions are compared. The TOPSIS technique and statistical tests are used to evaluate and compare the proposed solutions with one another and to choose the best one. Subsequently, several sensitivity analyses are performed on the model, which helps inventory control managers determine the effect of inventory management costs on optimal decision making and item grouping. Finally, according to the results of evaluating the efficiency of the proposed model and the solution method, a real-world case study is conducted on the ceramic tile industry. Based on the proposed approach, several managerial perspectives are gained on optimal inventory grouping and item control strategies.
