RESUMO São apresentadas as espécies da subfamília Asclepiadoideae (Apocynaceae) ocorrentes no município de Santa Teresa, Espírito Santo, Brasil, em uma área de 71.100 ha de floresta pluvial atlântica submontana. São encontrados 26 táxons específicos e infraespecíficos, incluídos em 13 gêneros: Oxypetalum(cinco espécies), Ditassa (quatro espécies), Marsdenia e Orthosia (três espécies cada), Macroditassa e Matelea (duas espécies cada) e Asclepias, Blepharodon, Calotropis, Gomphocarpus, Jobinia, Peplonia e Tassadia (com uma espécie cada). São apresentadas chave para identificação dos táxons, ilustrações, informações sobre a distribuição geográfica e comentários.
