“…In this work, a new equation of state (EoS) reported originally for pure liquid alkali metals [15] has been extended to predict the density and other thermodynamic properties such as isobaric expansion coefficient, α P , isothermal compressibility, κ T , and internal pressure, P i , of binary molten alloys of Na-K and Cs-K from the freezing point up to several hundred degrees above the boiling point using quadratic mixing rules along with the mean geometry approximation (MGA).
