A new reliable and sensitive nested PCR assay based on the human SRY gene for detection of interspecific chimeras

Abstract: PCR (nPCR), real-time PCR (RT-PCR), and short tandem repeats PCR (STR-PCR).Nested PCR involves a two-step PCR reaction. In the first step, PCR amplification is performed with primers specific for a given target gene.
