Abstract:A new, simple, and sensitive spectroscopic method has been developed for the determination of PMH in its pure form, in its pharmaceutical formulation, and in biological fluids (blood and urine) spectrophotometrically using copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) synthesized by the green method as a colorimetric detector without the use of chemical reagents. This method was characterized by being easy, sensitive, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly. A colored product (PMH-CuNPs) was formed. The absorbance was measur… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
