A new Weibull Exponentiated Inverted Weibull Distribution for modelling positively-skewed data

Abstract: An Exponentiated Inverted Weibull Distribution (EIWD) has a hazard rate (failure rate) function that is unimodal, thus making it less efficient for modeling data with an increasing failure rate (IFR).
