Abstract: Paraneoplastic neurological disorders are rare in children, with paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (PCD) considered highly atypical. We describe a 13-year-old girl with progressive neurobehavioral regression, cerebellar ataxia, and intractable epilepsy presenting in super-refractory status epilepticus.
