The mass levels of higher meson resonances are investigated by assigning them to the 189-dimensional representation of SU (6). “…In the current papers on the quark and similar versions 1 ) of the Sakata model 2 ) for elementary particles, the dynamics of giving rise to the compot>ite state of three urbaryons or of an urbar,yon and an anti-urbaryon is often supposed to be non-relativistic. Since in these versions of the Sakata model, urbaryons and anti-urbaryons of mass 'at least several times of the baryon mass are supposed to be bound to give baryons and mesons, almost all of the rest masses of urbaryons and anti-baryons should be compensated by their mutual interaction.…”

In order to see the validity of the non-relativistic treatment used in the current works on the composite model of elementary particles, the system of a Dirac· particle and an anti-particle bound in the 1 So state through a potential is analyzed. It is shown that the potential strength should tend to infinity when the total energy of the system approaches to zero if their masses are equal or the total energy of the system approaches to the difference between their masses if they are not equal. The type of the interaction is found to be restricted to (V-A) and [(S+ P)/2--1] by the conditions for getting physically acceptable solutions. Discussion is given also for some aspect of the composite system of three urbaryons.at Downloaded from *) Analyses of Eq.
