Abstract:The present research explored the antimicrobial efficacy of different solutions of the electroactivated salt of organic acid (sodium caprylate) against four multidrug-resistant strains of nontyphoidal Salmonella (Salmonella enterica subsp. arizonae, Salmonella Newport, Salmonella enterica ser. Typhi, Salmonella enterica ser. Paratyphi.
