A Novel CdSe/ZnS Quantum Dots Fluorescence Assay Based on Molecularly Imprinted Sensitive Membranes for Determination of Triazophos Residues in Cabbage and Apple

Abstract: In the present study we have developed a direct competitive CdSe/ZnS quantum dot (QD) fluorescence assay based on micro-array-imprinted membranes for the determination of triazophos in cabbage and apple. The imprinted membranes were directly synthesized on the surface of a 96-well plate by thermal polymerization using triadimefon as the dummy template. Under optimal conditions, the assay showed an excellent linear response over the concentration ranges of 0.1–10,000 μg L−1 with a good coefficient of determinat… Show more

“…The fluorescence characteristic changes depending on how many fluorescent indicators are replaced 18 . For example, Hong et al developed a competitive CdSe/ZnS quantum dot fluorescence assay based on micro-array-imprinted membranes for the determination of triazophos 19 . Furthermore, in order to take advantage of the nano-fluorescence probe in sensing mechanism, the fluorescent nano-materials not only act as fluorescent labels but also as a sensitive sensing source in indirect sensing system.…”

“…Molecular imprinting technology synthesizes highly crosslinked MIPs through template orientation, generating cavities that mimic binding sites of antibodies, enzymes, and other biological materials, and give priority to bind with template molecules, providing an effective method for molecular recognition (Hrobonova et al, 2018;Liang et al, 2018;Hong et al, 2019;Ma et al, 2019). MIPs have attracted wide attention in the fields of solid phase extraction, sensors, antibodies, enzyme simulation, receptors, and catalysts (Zhang et al, 2013;Ansari and Karimi, 2017;Diltemiz et al, 2017;Xiao et al, 2018;Yu et al, 2019).…”

“…Triazophos/ triazofos (TZP, C 12 H 16 N 3 O 3 PS; Figure 1) is an organophosphate pesticide used in acaricides, insecticides, and nematicides. Several Asian countries use TZP in vegetables, rice, tea, and fruits (Hong et al, 2019;Huan et al, 2016). However, the widespread of TZP presented a risk to human health.…”
