Abstract:In this study, we investigated a novel triangularly etched defective ground structure (TE-DGS) microstrip line fed a compact slotted ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna. The proposed antenna has a compact design size of 20 × 28 mm2 and a distinctive slotted patch configuration printed on a FR-4 substrate. The described antenna has a fractional bandwidth of 130% and an S11 value of less than -10 dB across 3.1-14.52 GHz. The radiator was practically fabric… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
